Sucrose Rocket let me build it wayyyy to high

Well....  My Insulated platform wasn't complete but rocket platform was...  I also has no access for a but because all of my O2 masks were worn out....  Then I just started adding and it never told me I was maxed.  Pretty sure I could have added every module in the game but I knew it felt broken....
