The currrent rotation "speed" is not shown.
If you hover over "active" in a running steam turbine, just the placeholder {0} is being displayed.
The strings.po - file says:
msgctxt "STRINGS.BUILDING.STATUSITEMS.TURBINE_ACTIVE.TOOLTIP"
msgid "This turbine is running at <b>{0}RPM</b>"
