When a new item becomes reachable the storage compactor updates its item list and its priority resets to 5.
Steps to Reproduce
Start a new game, setup a storage compactor accepting all goods, set priority to 3. Discover slime biome, grab a slime ball, check compactor. It now lists slime and priority is set to 5.
