Dupes still will go through the time and animation of doing a job without actually doing the job when downtime starts.
examples they will spend the time/animation it takes to deliver or build etc. then when the time/animation finishes they will drop the materials on the ground and the job will not have been done.
Like I stated Months ago either have them actually finish the job, OR have write in the ability to end an animation when the end result is going to be them not actually doing the job.
Steps to Reproduce
Just play the game and notice when downtime starts what happens to some dupes or should I say doesn't happen. actually it is both they do something and yet they do not at the same time.
This issue has not been confirmed by a developer yet.
