Steam Turbine Eat the Steam When Load the Game Save

When I load a game save the steam turbine will eat some water in the pipe if the steam turbine is running.

The quatity of steam in the steam room will reduce slowly with the frequency increase by loading game save causing over-heat of thermo aquatuner and many complex system will crush that makes bad experience especially in the long-term game save.

You can check the quatity of output water in the pipe just after you load a game save and you will find it.The quatity of every drop of water should be 2000g but it become other less number.
