Steam turbine - completely wrong physics

And I wouldn't post about it, if it didn't impact the gameplay dramatically.

In the current development build JB-252151 the steam turbine requires above 200 °C to start up. When it's starting up, the process is called "warming up". These are two huge signs, that your turbine does something completely wrong. It breaks the basic physical principle, how a steam turbine actually works. Here's the basic: steam pressure converts into mechanical torque on a turbine impeller, and mechanical torque converts into electrical energy in a generator. The temperature doesn't matter at all (until your power plant starts to meltdown due to overheating, but this is not practically possible if we're talking about steam turbines). And by the way, starting up process of a steam turbine is called "spinning up". Therefore, the steam turbine should starts up when steam pressure reaches some value. If we're talking about steam turbine with electrical power output around 100 kW, it requires steam pressure around 30 kg/tile (in game units) and consumes steam at rate around 3 000 kg/h. For the 8 kW very tiny steam turbine I think 10 kg/tile and 300 kg/h would be enough.

Why this issue impacts the gameplay dramatically. Simple: currently the only one effective heat pump in the game is the thermo aquatuner, and its critical temperature is 125 °C basically or 175 °C if built from gold amalgam. If it can't be tied with the steam turbine, it leaves the steam turbine without a constant source of steam and it makes the steam turbine useless.

By the way, please consider adding a nuclear reactor to the game someday (basically it's just a huge heater to make steam, nothing fancy). Nuclear reactor plus steam turbine is the "classic" tech combo, and very effective.

Minor issue with steam turbine: please consider to not hurt the feelings of the fans-perfectionists of your game, and make the steam turbine 4 or 6 tiles wide to meet the width synergy with the thermo aquatuner. I know, it sounds funny, but when you start trying to fit complex system into a tight space, this issue will hurt your butt a lot.

Thanks for your time, hope this will help to make the game better.

Keep up the good work! You're making really unique simulator.

The issue had been fixed in HOTFIX 252656.

Thank you very much, you're awesome!
