When I quit the game, although the task manager doesnt see it running, steam cannot recognize that the game is closed. When I shut the game down by steam, steam cannot do it and is only closed when I quit steam (this means I cannot launch the game unless I restart steam)
Steps to Reproduce
Launch the game on steam, exit the game.
system: ("mid" gaming laptop)
Windows 11
intel core I5
32 gb ram
(for more info its a TUF F15 laptop, the only thing I did to it was increasing its RAM)
