Starmap become revealed (planets visible) if load from sandbox save from other map/world

Steps:

1. Play ONI: Spaced Out

2. Open Star map (press hotkey Z)

CORRECT Actual result: Map is hidden, single "?" is visible

3. Load to another world

4. Enable Sandbox there and use degub (hotkey "backspace")

5. Load to initial map/world from step 1, open star map

Actual result: Map is vissible, "?" marks are absent, all plenets have names and descriptions

Expected result: Map is hidden, single "?" is visible
