I was having a bad time, so most of my dupes were dead. I was looking around, and one of my dupes were standing while they are dead. No animation, only standing. I found out that reopening the save fixes the glitch.
Steps to Reproduce
I do not know how to replicate this glitch, as it happened out of my view. Although it might have something to do with the bed.
