The liquid reservoir only lets it's stored liquid flow out of the output pipe if there is a liquid pipe connected to the input pipe, which I'm pretty sure hasn't always been the case (the below image is the reservoir without a pipe on it's input, liquid isn't flowing; the above image has a singular liquid pipe on the input and liquid now flows). Apologies for any inconvenience I cause.
- Build a liquid reservoir
- Fill with any amount of any liquid
- Destroy the pipe that is underneath the input symbol
- Build piping on the output of the reservoir that would usually then have the reservoir output the liquid along the piping to it's destination (liquid vent, ect)
- Liquid will not flow
- Now build a singular pipe underneath the input symbol (doesn't have to be connected to anything)
- Liquid should now be flowing
