Space scanner emit red signal if game loaded during meteor shower

Tl;dr - If the game loads during a meteor shower, the space scanner is going through an animation that should only be triggered during the start of the meteor shower. During those few seconds, a red signal is emitted - even during the shower. 

Mitigation

  • Add a 10 second buffer gate after the space scanner

  • Load the game during the meteor shower
  • Look at the space scanner animation & automation signal during the automation
