I'm not sure how I did it, but i managed to get 24.1 dream journals into the Somnium Synthesizer and it's no longer generating a delivery errand. It hasn't activated yet and seems to be waiting to get to 25 before it can activate so it's just stuck.
Steps to Reproduce
like i said i'm not sure how i got a fraction of a journal, I suspect it was from the interplanetary launcher.
