Some generators have lost their priority setting

Natural Gas Generator and Petroleum Generator buildings no longer have priority displayed on them when opening priority tool nor can their priority be changed even when clicking on them. Steam Turbine for example is fine. The main issue is that since they are at their default priority, Engine Tune-Up can't be prioritized higher.
