Solid Nuclear waste does not emit radiation

When Nuclear Waste goes from l iquid to solid it stops emitting radiation. When in liquid form it does emit radiation. According to the info tab it should emit radiation if more than 1000kg.

Steps to Reproduce

Fetch >1000kg nuclear waste in liquid form. Cool it down until solid. Check that it no longer emits radiation.

Solid Nuclear Waste only emits radiation as a natural tile (you'll see the bottled form of Liquid Nuclear Waste also does not emit radiation)
