(SO!) Small Solid Oxidizer Tank Module inappropriately displaying the large module adaption graphic

The small solid oxidizer tank always shows its 5-tile top adaption graphic when built regardless of if there's a suitably large module above it.

Steps to Reproduce

In the most recent version of the game with Spaced Out! enabled, build a small solid oxidizer tank on any rocket. Upon being constructed, it should show the graphic normally used to connect it to larger rocket modules.

this bug has been in the game for over 3 years now, its caused by using the "5 width top" sprite in the regular module anim.
