Skin system is super bugged, poorly made and works really bad

Dear Klei the way how skins working in ONI is really awfull. its supper buggy which creates unnecessary restrictions for users to create their own skins. 
game always uses animation data from the default kanim which means if the new skin has meter animation longer or shorter it starts to bug out 
similar with the other anims. if their lenght != default kanim's lenght it starts to bug out.

Steps to Reproduce

variant 1 

build a building with another skin selected
save the game
load the game 

variant 2

build a building
change its skin

forgot to say. if u make a custom skin with no FG flagged sprites for a building which has FG flagged sprites youll get a crash
