When viewing Skills screen - the pop up tabels that give hints about duplicant stats doesn't show up correctly on duplicants that are at the bottom of the list. Just look at the "Malgosia"
Steps to Reproduce
Go to "Skills" , scroll to the bottom of the duplicant list, Point a mouse cursor on specific duplicant name - table that should show duplicant stats, goes out of the edge of the screen.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
