The game just crashes when scrolling the resolution options in the graphics menu.
happens on live and development branch.
tried complete reinstall
uninstalled all mods.
moved to different disk.
Steps to Reproduce
Start game from steam select Options select Graphics click drop down for resolution options. scroll down with mouse wheel or click the scroll bar on in the bottom 25% *crash*
