This bug occurs when in a dual monitor setup on my system while watching a YouTube Video.
under these Three conditions it happens.
Steps to Reproduce
Under these Three conditions it happens.
1. A YouTube video is playing on the second monitor.
2. ONI is being played on the primary monitor.
3. The YouTube video is paused or ends.
Whenever this condition is met, the game begins to stutter and jolt when moving around the map.
If I resume the YouTube video it then also fixes the game so long as the YouTube video is playing and occurs again when it stops or is paused as before.
