Russian translation error in Suit Training Booster description

There is a critical localization error in the Russian description for both the "Suit Training Booster" chip and the "Complex Processing" skill in BIONIC DLC. In the original English version, both of these features reduce or eliminate the Exosuit movement penalty.

Currently, the Russian text for these items states that they "activate" the penalty: "активирует: штраф экзокостюмов" (Activate: Exosuit Penalty). This means the exact opposite of what they actually do and completely misleads players into thinking that the chip and the skill will penalize their Bionic Duplicants. 

Expected text (or similar): "Снижение штрафа экзокостюмов" (Exosuit Penalty Reduction) or "Убирает штраф экзокостюмов" (Remove Exosuit Penalty). The text should clearly state that both the skill and the booster reduce or completely remove the movement penalty, rather than activating it.

Mods are not used.
