Ruins-like blanks without actual ruins

I have found several "unknown" areas in my map that don't contain actual ruins. This example is appears to be particularly hard to uncover, see my attempts to get into the area and how it looks like in debug mode.

Steps to Reproduce
Load attached save, check the blank area
Go to bugs

I have the same problem, I have played this seed many times (from the first save) and this happened only on the last play. Now I am forced to restart as this happened in the middle of the map.
