Rovers freeze while trying to deliver

The scout rover seems to be stuck enroute to deliver construction materials. The rover begins moving again if the building is cancelled.

Steps to Reproduce

I'm unsure what causes it but landing a rover on a planet and using them to construct a starting base seems to make them freeze.

EDIT: The issue seems to resolve on a reload

Rovers don't navigate horizontal doors that consistently, restart might fix it, Best solution I found is set a high priority deconstruction task on the door, save, restart to unfreeze the rover, then rebuild the door afterwards.
