Resources lost when deconstructing near walls of Spacefarer module

When you build liquid/gas pipes through the top wall of the space farer module, then deconstruct them, the resources are dropped on the top of the module where they cannot be accessed.  When you build through the right wall, and deconstruct, the resources fall into nothingness and do not appear below the rocket platform as would be expected.  Picture below showing the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Build a pipe in the right wall or ceiling of the spacefarer module

Deconstruct the pipe

Resources are either trapped outside above the module, or dropped into the void
