If a duplicant become incapacitated for having 0 health and was rescued to a medical cot, that duplicant won't eat or use toilet until full cured. (unless cancel the assignment and reassign to the cot)
However, if a wounded one in the same situation, that one will eat or use toilet when needed.
Steps to Reproduce
Just make a duplicant incapacitated (by locking in a room with magma for example) and then assign that one to a medical cot.
