In the attached screen you can see how 2 flows merge. The water sieve from the top does not use the entire capacity of the pipe. Then another pipe is merged into it, using a bridges to give the flow from the sieve priority. This other pipe is filled by a pump, which has a higher capacity then the remaining capacity of the pipe from the sieve, therefor the flow from the pump is only partially forwarded. When this happens, the white edge around the water bubbles disappears.
Steps to Reproduce
Just finished building this pipe system and was switching to plumbing overview to double-check on the flow when I noticed something was off. I play windowed, and switch between applications while playing (mostly browser to look up details for ONI that can help me understand some stuff about the game). Although before posting this, I also restarted the game and also tried playing fullscreen. In both cases the glitch applies, so I don't think this is related.
