Renaming storage bin issues a deactivate errand

Whenever I rename a storage bin it also immediately deactivates itself and issues a 'deactivate' toggle errand. 

This is on the Spaced Out Early Access live branch

Steps to Reproduce

Load game

Rename storage bin.

Go to bugs

Seems the cause is confirming the new name by hitting 'enter' which is also the shortcut for disabling/enabling a building. I don't recall this being a problem in the base game as I often renamed my storage bins.
