Remote Worker Dock steel delivery errand has no adjustable priority

Description:
Remote Worker Dock requires 200 kg steel delivery before use. However, the delivery errand appears as an internal storage/supply errand and the building does not expose a priority setting for that delivery. The priority tool cannot raise this specific delivery above priority 5.

Expected:
The steel delivery errand should inherit the building priority, or the building should expose a priority control like other buildings with supply errands.

Actual:
The errand remains at priority 5 and can be starved when the colony has many supply/storage errands.
