Rationsnotpermitted-cannot get food

Found the reason. It seems that the dupe is suddenly not allowed to eat meat lice. I changed it in the setting and it worked. I didn't remember doing anything to the setting. Maybe I accidentally clicked it or it just changed and I did nothing.
