Random extract pipe contents on loading save

I have an issue/bug with the extract pipe contents command. They are random put on pipes across my map when I start up. And often, if I forget to check around, dupes will stay and extract tonnes of gas or liquid. This is rather annoying. Don't know if it's a game bug or if it's happening because of one of my addons.
