Duplicant managed errand priorities aren't being assigned/followed correctly.
In the attached screenshot, I've got Travaldo set as the colony chef - that's the only thing he should be doing. But as you can see, he decided to go and run on the hamster wheel - I'm assuming to power the micro-musher.

1. Assigned a dup to do cooking 2. Disabled same dup from doing any other task 3. Run out of power?
