Go into Decor overlay around the Printing Pod. Check how far it extends in each direction, it's supposed to have a radius of 6: counting the tiles outside the pod itself, to the right there are 7 tiles where it has an effect, but to the left there are only 5. To me it feels like it should be moved one to the left.
