Preconstruction white lines gets stuck after tile built and don't disappear

When constructing tiles, water pipes and gas pipes. Sometimes the white construction outline remains around the item after the item is built and will only "go away" when a plain tile is hovered over the affected tile and or the tile/ mouse has to hover over all four sides of affected tile to clear whole white lines. Or I have to exit out of full game and return and the bug will disappear for a small time, then start again.

I have had this happen with tiles, farm tiles, water pipes (unable to clear from screen) - resulting on exiting game and restarting game.
