Polluted water ignoring pressure when exhausting polluted oxygen.

I don't know if this was introduced in the most recent hot fix on 5/29/2017 or not but I haven't noticed up until now.

The pockets of polluted water found in the swamp-like biomes appear to be emitting large quantities of polluted oxygen, completely ignoring gas pressure. This leads to a huge flood of polluted oxygen into the surrounding areas if you dig into these bubbles, as the gas pressure equalizes. It does not seem like intended behavior, but who knows.
