If an Empty Pipe errand is blocked because no duplicant has the appropriate skill, it does not update when a bionic dupe installs the Tidying Booster. You must cancel the emptying assignment and remake it.
Start with a colony that has at least one bionic duplicant, and NO duplicants that have the Plumbing skill selected or the Tidying Booster installed.
Create a Tidying Booster.
Build a pump and a pipe. Fill the pipe with gas or liquid.
Use the Empty Pipe tool to designate some portion of the pipe for emptying.
Observe that the marker will be in red, with the icon showing that no duplicant has the right skill to perform that errand.
Now go to the skills menu, and assign the Tidying Booster to a bionic duplicant. Wait for them to install it.
Observe that the Empty Pipe errand marker is still red and shows the icon for a missing skill. The duplicant will not perform the errand.
Cancel the pipe emptying errand.
Use the Empty Pipe tool to reassign a new emptying errand.
Now observe that the marker is in white, and the duplicant will perform the errand.
