Pips getting stuck near water / planting

I had a pip that kept getting stuck on the left side of my base near the water (seems to be trying to plant). I relocated it to a new area and it started doing the same thing. Another pip has appeared at the first site and is stuck also, they just keep trying to plant > drowning > wiggles in the corner. 

When I was relocating the pip at the left area, my dupe got stuck at the top of the ladder panting for air but they already had full lungs when I found them, had to do a manual move to stop it. They dropped the pip but they successfully relocated eventually but it was off screen. 

I tried to delete the objects near it but the pip died 😧I reloaded but then that seemed to fix the issue. This is not the first time it has happened though, it has appeared every time I play. At least I know I can fix it with a reload.
