Pip planting seed on farm tile makes farm tile copy the requirements of that seed even after removal.

After a pip planted an Arbor tree in a farm tile that I quickly replaced with a mealwood sapling, there is still a visual indicator for phosphorite on the farm tile.

This visual goes away after reloading the save.
