Dupes can pass through doors when the pathfinding goes diagonally; there is a gap on the top or bottom of the door which allows dupes to pass through the door. Problem exists for horizontal and vertical doors.

build door leave gap on top or bottom of door set permissions to disallow movement movement not blocked
