I have not been able to update image previews for mods with the upload tool.
This occurs with any array of settings enabled withing the upload tools options
i have tried dozens and dozens of times to no success. I've uninstalled steam, ONI, the Upload Tool, tried different images entirely.. nothing. Steam Workshop itself provides NO access to edit the preview image in the workshop.. a fix would be appreciated!
