Hi,
I Noticed i cannot enter more than 3 digit number on the quantity of oxidizer in the rocket oxidizer tank (it can normaly contains 2700kg, so we should be able to enter more than 999 with keyboard. I can select more than 999 using the slider bar but this cause the anomaly bellow)
In addition (pretty sure its connected) if i select (left click) the oxidizer tank when it contains more than 999kg, all my oxylite is dropped from the oxydizer tank

Steps to Reproduce
1) - Click on a rocket oxidizer tank - Try to choose 1200Kg max of oxidiser by entering then number on keyboard --> Won't work 2) - Fill an oxidiser tank with more than 999 kg of Oxylite - Click on the oxidiser tank --> Oxylite is dorpped on the floor
