Outhouse "Out of Order" issue.

Outhouse goes to status "Out of Order" at times and the duplicants will not conduct maintenance on it to fix the issue.

Not sure what triggers the issue currently.

Maybe none of your dupes have Life Support at high enough priority? It should show tasks in the Errands screen.
