The outhouse's visit meter is not properly resetting following a cleaning when it reaches capacity. I've attached a sequence of screenshots which demonstrate what is happening. This mainly appears to be a graphical problem, but there are some indications it's behavioral as well. After the outhouse is cleaned, the visit meter remains at "full", despite there being 15 visits remaining. Previously, the visit meter reset to the initial position as though the outhouse had just been constructed. Now, the meter only resets after it has been visited again, and the meter is changed to 14 visits remaining. This reproduces 100% of the time.
In the screenshots, in image 7, you can see that Devon has chosen to use the farther away outhouse, even though the one to the right was available for use and closer to the bathroom entrance. At the time Devon skipped it, the outhouse on the right was in the weird state where it had 15 visits remaining, but the meter was showing full. This is part of what makes me think there is a behavioral issue. I've also noticed problems in the past where the outhouse is cleaned out, but the fresh dirt is never re-added, even when there are duplicants available to work and the priority of the outhouse is 9. I think this part has since been resolved, but I think all of these issues started at the same time (at least since Dec 2024, where I commented that I was seeing this, on an existing bug report which did not go into as much detail).
Construct an outhouse, and wait for it to have 15 visits which brings it to its storage capacity.
After cleaning, and refilling with fresh dirt, the visit meter will remain at the "full" mark, rather than reset to "empty". The outhouse is available for use, but visually looks like it is full.
