The outhouse continues to play it's "cleaning" animation even when the dupe isn't around.
Steps to Reproduce
(Not 100% sure this is right, I wasn't paying a lot of attention) 1) Fill an outhouse 2) Let a duplicate start cleaning it 3) Pull the duplicate off the task 4) The "cleaning" animation continues even when the dupe leaves
