User Feedback

Problem with GPU it seems IMO, check drivers etc. but honestly looking at your CPU and GPU you are really bottlenecking.. i would upgrade the gpu no matter what anyway.

also start game with no mods, seems you have a high end monitor change resolution? or again new gpu or remove or disable apps that chew up GPU usage. according to chat, On Linux, Unity + OpenGL is brutal on VRAM.
A 6 GB card like a 2060 can crash ONI at startup if VRAM is fragmented.
Upgrading to a GPU with 10–12 GB VRAM will eliminate these crashes completely.

I haven't enabled any mods, and about a month ago, the game could still start normally without encountering any of these issues.

plenty of updates since last month. thats the only suggestion i can have.  other suggestion i dont know if you have to update your bios for linux but i recommend that too. update your drivers update your linux. run some linux commands to see whats hogging your GPU Vram. thats all i can suggest if everything fails only thing that looks correct is upgrading. your i9 is so good compared to your gpu.
