2 bugs in one. First of all, a dupe got stuck inside a wall (not entirely sure how, was semi-afk when it happened). After destroying the block underneath the dupe, she still had her head stuck in the above tile while suffocating. I ended up destroying the tile on the same tick she was *supposed* to suffocate. This ended in a death message and all the dupes mourning her death, yet she stayed alive.
Steps to Reproduce
Get dupe stuck inside of a wall, destroy the block the same tick the dupe suffocates.
