See the attached image. Oxygen packets coming to the junction are interleaved with empty packets that seem to be making room for the hydrogen packet coming from the left, but the hydrogen packet does not enter the junction and just slows down flow of the oxygen.
Steps to Reproduce
Load attached save, switch to ventilation overlay, watch the behavior of the junction.
