Old save file heat showing up in new save file priorities?

I've just restarted my game (again) and went to set the building of my first bedroom to higher priority. When I clicked priority though, the heat map, I guess you would call it, from my old save file popped up, making it a bit difficult to see anything. I've restarted more than a few times before and check on my heat a couple times also, and this has never happened. I saved my new file and closed the game, so I don't know if it's still happening, but this might be something worth looking at. Thank you for making such a cool game!
