If you open the blueprint window without a connection it'll display a little message. This message only goes away when you reload the game. Otherwise this happens. p.s pls center the text for the love of my eyes. 
Steps to Reproduce
Disconnect from wifi, open blueprint window, close blueprint window, connect to wifi, open blueprint window. Print.
