Not being able to load the game while loading old save or creating new colony

I wanted to start a new colony, I chose the difficulty, asteroid... and when I went to choose the 3 begging dupes the loading stopped and froze when it finished, then it showed me the error (view in screenshot). All I coould do is close the game. When I restarted the game and PC as well it did the same thing. It did the same thing when I wanted to load old file.

Steps to Reproduce

I just started the game, I don`t know what happend for this to happend.

the game is not allowed to save and load savegames.

thats potentially caused by "Controlled Folder Access"
