If a Lavatory is clogged by Gunk, there is no way to set a high priority for the unclogging task. It looks like it's permanently stuck on the default 5.

Watch dupes never ever unclog it
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
