No horizontal scrolling on Research screen

I (used to) run the game at 1920×1080 and 150% UI size. Since the tabular update, the Research tree overflows the screen and since there is no horizontal scrolling, I have trouble reading the most advanced research options.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Set resolution to 1920×1080 2. Set UI size to 150% 3. Open Research screen

I, too, had this problem until I realized you could click and drag your mouse around to move the research screen. How unintuitive.
